Judge cherry found me to be the father by default of a baby that is a different race than me to a girl I only talked to one time in my life without me ever getting paper work from domestic relations or anyone on a hearing or a paternity test until I got an order to pay child support for a kid that was 3 years old including arrears for those three years. The baby is clearly African American and the mother and I are both white and will not let me get a DNA test because it is past my time for an appeal I am literally paying for this kid for the next 18 years. All because I ran from probation for 3 years and he knew domestic relations would find me. I don’t know that he didn’t pay this girl to say it was my child. Oh and I have paper work that some other guy hired a lawyer and caught and gained joint custody of this kid but judge cherry said it doesn’t matter custody and paternity are 2 different things.

This is absolutely horrible. Unfortunately it’s all too common in Clearfield County…
